Note that then the 2.2.0 package should be modified to reflect the
changed copyright situation of 2.2.0, e.g. add a prominent notice that
it can only be used to make GPL apps, contrary to what the docs say, or
wholly retracted the package for a release cycle.

This is the reason why FPC Core has retracted 2.2.0 (and all other
previous releases) from its site, and is the main reason for 2.2.2

This also applies indirectly to lazarus 0.9.24 since it uses the 2.2.0
package, while 0.9.26 uses 2.2.2
