** Summary changed:
- TEG does not appear in Gnome Menu
+ [Intrepid] TEG icon missing from Gnome Menu
** Description changed:
Binary package hint: teg
- TEG does not appear in Gnome Menu in Edgy or Feisty, though in Dapper it
- did though (under Games). As I recall, the problem also affected a
- Gnome Panel launcher I had created (before I upgraded), complaining
- (after the upgrade) about the image not being found or something.
+ The bug is back in Interpid!
- In Dapper, the icon was located at:
- /usr/share/pixmaps/teg_icono.png
+ /usr/share/games/teg/gnome/apps/Games/teg.desktop has the line:
+ Icon=teg_icono.png
+ but...
- But in Edgy and Feisty its located at:
+ the file in /usr/share/pixmaps/ is just teg.png
+
+ There are these:
+
/usr/share/games/teg/pixmaps/teg_icono.png
+ /usr/share/games/teg/pixmaps/teg_pix/teg_icono.png
- while the teg.desktop file in the DEB just says:
- "Icon=teg_icono.png"
+ (and BTW, all three are the same; MD5SUM =
+ f4a5b58b9b40063f146dc89666bb5a7c )
- So is it looking in the wrong pace?
+ but they're not picked up by Gnome.
- Other than that, TEG seems to run perfectly (which is nice because I
- really like it ;)
+ Please fix again :)
