[Bug 279092] [NEW] Please upgrade system-cleaner to 1.10

Binary package hint: system-cleaner

Please upgrade system-cleaner to version 1.10-0ubuntu1. The current
version in intrepid is 1.8-0ubuntu1, and that one has two bugs I as
system-cleaner upstream would dearly like to see fixed in intrepid:
#274715 (UI does not reflect actual system state after cleanup is done),
and #275034 (hangs if dpkg is locked). The #274717 (cleanup button
always enabled) should also be fixed to avoid unnecessary user
confusion.

Additionally, while it has not been explicitly reported, the 1.10
version fixes using GTK+ with threads (GTK+ is now only used from the
main thread), reducing random weird behavior of the GUI version.

I realize and admit that several hundreds of lines of diff is a bit much
