[Bug 275502] [NEW] Make mail fetchers recommended instead of suggested

Please make the mail fetchers fetchyahoo, getlive and mail-notification-
evolution recommends (or even dependencies) instead of suggests. They
are part of the main functionality of this program. I installed it to
check my yahoo mail and it took me quite a while to figure out how to
get this working, because fetchyahoo was not installed and I almost
uninstalled it. Most users will not be able to find this out on their
own.
