[Bug 207297] [NEW] Please sync fpc-source 2.2.0-dfsg1-4 and lazarus 0.9.24-0-5 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Public bug reported:

lazarus is not usable right now, since you have to download manually the
fpc sources and put them somewhere on the filesystem.
This was resolved in debian by creating the fpc-source package (see Debian bug #413805) and adding this as a recommended package to lazarus (see Debian bug #413806).
Please sync fpc-source and lazarus from Debian to make lazarus usable in Ubuntu, this would close LP bug #126003.

Please sync fpc-source 2.2.0-dfsg1-4 from Debian unstable main.
This package is not available in Ubuntu at this moment, relevant part of the Debian changelog:

     - Do not copy directories installer and tests because they are not needed

   * Update FSF address in debian/copyright.

Please sync lazarus 0.9.24-0-5 from Debian unstable main.
This package has no Ubuntu specific changes, changes relative to the current version in Ubuntu:
