I changed the way python binaries are made by only call pycentral with binary-post-install instead of DEB_PYTHON_SYSTEM=pycentral because it's is  more simple and correctly made python depends for binaries (the previous way didn't).

The problem appears when AWN is installed in a non-GNOME environnement. According to this error :

(avant-window-navigator:11868): WARNING **: Failed to make connection to
session bus: Failed to execute dbus-launch to autolaunch D-Bus session

it's seems to need dbus-launch which is part of the dbus-x11 package,
but I didn't investigate more on this.
