[Bug 200238] [NEW] Hardy's hardening-wrapper incorrectly creates symlinks for gcc-4.3 and g++-4.3

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: hardening-wrapper

Neither gcc-4.3 nor g++-4.3 is shipped by default in Ubuntu Hardy, but
hardening-wrapper 1.5 creates these symlinks.  We shouldn't ship these
symlinks for Hardy.
