  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  Build-dep on libc6.1-dev for alpha and ia64 is useless, since libc6.1-dev is not in the archives. Furthermore, build-dep on libc6.1-dev has been added as an alternative to libc6-dev in debian.
