Please sync apt-rpm 0.5.15lorg3.2-4 (universe) from Debian unstable
(main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Build-dep on libc6.1-dev for alpha and ia64 is useless, since libc6.1-dev is not in the archives. Furthermore, build-dep on libc6.1-dev has been added as an alternative to libc6-dev in debian.

apt-rpm (0.5.15lorg3.2-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * Added alternative build dependencies for kFreeBSD and Hurd
    (closes: #435644)
  * Added Homepage control field
