The Debian version no longer has automake1.8 as a Buld-Depends (since
0.9.0-2.2). I have tested and verified that sweep can be built on Ubuntu
without this Build-Depends. The Debian version also doesn't Build-Depend
on libasound2-dev for kfreebsd-i386, kfreebsd-amd64, or hurd-i386
architectures. We can ignore the Ubuntu change to the maintainer field.
Based on these differences, I feel that we can safely sync this package
from Debian.
