The only significant changes were updating the depends to squid3 |
squid, and migrating from libdb4.3 to libdb4.6.

Both of these changes have been added upstream. as can be seen from this
Debian changelog entry:

squidguard (1.2.0-8.3) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload to fix pending l10n issues.
  * Debconf translations:
    - Spanish. Closes: #415038, #414356
    - Dutch. Closes: #420928
    - Finnish. Closes: #473448
