Please merge ecryptfs-utils-50-4.

This upstream version has moved the pam_ecryptfs.so module ecryptfs-
utils, as required by pitti in Bug #247400 (MIR for ecryptfs-utils).

In the merge, I have also moved the auth-client-config conffiles from
libecryptfs0 to ecryptfs-utils, also as required by pitti in Bug
#247400.
