[Bug 247886] [NEW] FTBFS fix on AMD64/SPARC/IA-64

Binary package hint: transproxy

The following debdiff resolves a FTBFS failure on amd64, and should also
clear it on sparc and ia-64. It also corrects the copyright find, and
clears lintian warnings, and compatibility warnings.


transproxy (1.5-3.1ubuntu1) intrepid; urgency=low

  * Resolved FTBFS on amd64/ia64/sparc due to change in Linux headers
  * Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField
    specification.
  * Updated copyright file with proper license, and cleared lintian errors
  * Added debian/compat to clear compability warnings
  * Added dpatch support to rules file
