[Bug 178948] [NEW] No init scripts for Pyro Event Server

Binary package hint: pyro

The pyro package has an init script for the Pyro Name Server (pyro-nsd)
but not for the Event Server (pyro-esd). There should be /etc/init.d
.pyro-esd and /etc/default/pyro-esd files installed identical to the
pyro-nsd ones except search and replace pyro-nsd with pyro-esd.
