[Bug 186857] [NEW] ubuntu-mobile home applet layout incorrect due to titlebar size.

In ubuntu-mobile, there is a single, full-screen home applet (mobile-
basic-flash) that acts as an application launcher. This is different
than the typical model used in hildon-desktop on the Nokia device, where
there are multiple home applets of varying size running on the home
screen. In the Nokia scenario, each home applet has a title bar and it's
size is calculated when determining the position in which to layout the
home applet.

For Ubuntu-mobile, we want to hide the home applet titlebar, as this affects where on the screen the home applet is displayed. I've committed a change, Revision 322, 332 at https://code.edge.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-mobile/hildon-desktop/ubuntu
which conditionally hides the titlebar based on a new gconf setting which I've added. Previously this was done by #ifdef UME
