[Bug 182338] Please sync pybackpack 0.5.4-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Binary package hint: pybackpack

The current Ubuntu version (0.5.1-2) has a broken dependency on mkisofs.
In Debian we've updated the package and made it depend on genisoimage.
There are no Ubuntu-specific changes so it should be a clean sync.
Changes since 0.5.1-2 in Debian:

 pybackpack  (0.5.4-1) unstable; urgency=low
