Please sync plptools 0.18-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu adds dh_iconcache to debian/rules, Debian now uses dh_icons which has superseded dh_iconcache so the delta can be dropped.
