[Bug 259598] [NEW] DAEMON_ARGS in /etc/init.d/pgbouncer are incorrect

Binary package hint: pgbouncer

The DAEMON_ARGS variable in the /etc/init.d/pgbouncer script is not set
properly.  Currently, it is set to:

DAEMON_ARGS="--options args"

But it should at least list the option to daemonize the process, and the
path to the config file:

DAEMON_ARGS="-d /etc/pgbouncer.ini"
