Please sync batmon.app 0.2-5 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of why ubuntu changes can be dropped:
Debian has retained previous changes whilst updating the standards 
version and package description.

Changelog since current intrepid version 0.2-4build1:

batmon.app (0.2-5) unstable; urgency=low

  * QA upload.
  * Maintainer field set to QA Group.
  * Standards version updated.
  * "linux" capitalized in long description.
