Please sync kobodeluxe 0.5.1-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian has added their own .desktop file. It is slightly different than the Ubuntu .desktop file, but I don't think the differences are significant enough to require a merge. We can drop the other Ubuntu change, updating the maintainer field.
