I think a useful dependency fix is included.

 libsvn-web-perl  (0.53-2.1) unstable; urgency=low

   * Non-maintainer upload.
   * Dependencies are not set correctly (Closes: #473094)

   * Add more run-time dependencies: liblocale-maketext-lexicon-perl,
     libhttp-server-simple-perl, libhtml-parser-perl.
