I would be agreed if Recommends packages was installed by default. If I
put on recommends, people will install the package, try to launch it,
and will have the same bug report as this one, so nothing will be solve.
I don't think a "normal" user will automaticly install recommends
packages if he has a crash, or start manually dbus. And dbus-x11 is a
very small package which only depends on dbus, so the impact is very
minor.
