Sync kolab-resource-handlers 2.1.00070510-2 from Debian unstable.
Ubuntu component: universe
Debian component: main

List of Ubuntu changes, which can be dropped:
   - Depends on PHP 5 packages
        Current Debian version depends on PHP 5 packages already
   - Use php5 in debian/postint (LP: #107343)
        Current Debian version does not have php4 in its postinst script
   - Update maintainer field in debian/changelog
        No longer required in sync process

  * Readded apache.conf, which was lost in previous release
    (closes: #445664)

  * Now using upstream freebusy.conf
  * Added php5 dependency alternatives (closes: #379122, #414038, #424793)
  * Dropped obsolete php4-domxml dependency
  * Dropped SSL certificate setup, now done by kolab_bootstrap
  * Updated apache.conf relative to upstream and Debian
  * Now using new external package php-net-lmtp; obsoletes patch
    20-kolabmailtransport.php.dpatch
