Please sync cereal 0.16-2  (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
It was a bashism on Makefile which make the package FTBFS. The DM has solved this problem on the new version.

Changelog since current hardy version 0.15-1ubuntu1:

  * switched DM-Upload-Allowed to XS-DM-Upload-Allowed.
