There is an entry "Regenerated debian/control for Ubuntu." since debian/rules can generate the correct debian/control for the distribution.
Do you think I should really try to express what changes are there?

You might be confused about a previous version that mistakenly inserted some unnecessary deltas.
Someone mistakenly hard coded Ubuntu and firefox @ debian/rules.
