Please sync ccid 1.3.0-2  (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The Ubuntu changes are merged into the latest Debian release. It also now supports SCM SCR335 reader. It builds fine in Hardy pbuilder.
