Please sync xsynth-dssi 0.9.0-2 from Debian unstable.

This package wasn't in Debian so far, but has been recently uploaded to
unstable.

Ubuntu changes, which can be dropped:
 * Maintainer field in debian/changelog
   - No longer needed in sync process

Debian changelog (since 0.9.0-0ubuntu1):
 xsynth-dssi  (0.9.0-2) unstable; urgency=low

   * Second upload to Debian (Closes: #321464).
   * Added copyright information about the bits of source
     code borrowed from other projects
   * Fixed rpath lintian warnings
