  - Move to aolserver-php5-cgi-wrapper
  - Recreate /var/run/aolserver4 at startup
  - Create /var/run/aolserver4 during configuration
  - Update Maintainer field in debian/control

Debian changelog (since 4.5.0-8ubuntu2):
aolserver4 (4.5.0-9) unstable; urgency=low

  * Now init script print errors while starting/stopping ns daemon.
