freepops (0.2.4-1build1) gutsy; urgency=low

  * Rebuild for the libcurl4 -> libcurl3 transition mess.

Since the only Ubuntu change was just a rebuild and there's a new
upstream version in Debian, it can be synced. A test build in my gutsy
pbuilder worked fine.
