Binary package hint: xfonts-jmk

Please merge xfonts-jmk 3.0-14 from debian unstable (main). The interim
Debian changelog is as follows:

xfonts-jmk (3.0-14) unstable; urgency=low

  * Add a README.Debian file that explains the Unicode support and
    describes how to set wideFont in xterm to get Asian glyph support with
    Neep.
  * Apply Ubuntu patch to build cleanly with dash as /bin/sh.  Now that
    cat-bdf-fonts.sh, it can use /bin/sh again.
  * Mention Unicode in the package long description.
