This sync review would benefit from deeper investigation, as audacity
1.3.3-1ubuntu1 is working properly with JACK on AMD64 today, so
disabling that would be a regression.  If there are sufficient features
to overcome this regression, I'm not opposed to the sync, but don't feel
it wise to sync just because we can due to this issue.
