[Bug 164048] Re: audacious pulseaudio plugin is making "stuttering sound"

This debdiff brings in some fragmentation and gapless playback fixes
made in upstream. It also moves the plugin to audacious-plugins in
preparation for the switchover to Pulse in hardy.
