[Bug 176151] Fix watch file for gtk2-ex-formfactory

gtk2-ex-formfactory (0.65-0.0ubuntu1) hardy; urgency=low

  * debian/control:
     - Add Homepage field
     - Move debhelper from Build-Depends-Indep to Build-Depends
     - Bump standards version to 3.7.3
     - Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField
       specification.
  * debian/watch:
     - Fix it to work with the new download location (LP: #176151)
