[Bug 173241] Please sync tripod 0.7.0-2 from Debian unstable (main)

Binary package hint: tripod

There are two reasons for requesting this sync: first, to reduce
divergence from Debian, and second, to rebuild for libgpod3 (bug
#172755).

 tripod  (0.7.0-2) unstable; urgency=low

   * --enable-debug=full
   * Rebuild for libgpod3
   * libgpod now does not depends on libffi
     - tripod - FTBFS: cannot find -lffi (Closes: #452662)
   * Move Homepage: to headers
   * Upgrade debian/watch
     - debian/watch fails to report upstream's version (Closes:
     #450098)
