If you look down through the file paths, each one has got a URL in it. These are all gb.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_precise_main_binary-i386_Packages which is the 'standard' ubuntu repositiory, suggesting that either Apt is not querying the LO PPA or the LO PPA simply has no packages in it.
