This really is quite new. For those familiar with phpbb3 (The free forum software that I know is popualr), there is a project being developed at <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"><a href="http://phpwebsitemanual.com/index.php?module=pagemaster&PAGE_user_op=view_page&PAGE_id=35&MMN_position=13:13">http://phpwebsitemanual.com/index.php?module=pagemaster&PAGE_user_op=view_page&PAGE_id=35&MMN_position=13:13</a> Which is from one of the American Universities. I have been in touch with that team and the project is not dormant. Far from it, they are approaching a new major release.<div>
<br></div><div>The goal, as they state is to make it easy to keep updated. I was also really pleased to read and discuss with them that it is not only HTML code and CSS compliant but it also generates code which is WAI compliant as well. A free web-building tool, easy to update for non-techincal people that is compliant across all the areas has really perked my interest up in it.</div>
