don't let them?<br></blockquote><br>'They' are the owners of the computer, not BT; if that's what is confusing. They also get emails from BT saying to install the latest this and that, I glance at it and say, you don't HAVE to install that, but they do anyway. I guess some people, who are not so computer savvy, just like to follow orders.<br>

<br>I'm just getting at, even in their face, I show them that I can connect to their internet by simply typing in the wifi code or even just connecting an ethernet cable without the need for ANY of BT's software, they still think they (or BT) know better and blindly install everything BT throws at them.<br>
