</font></p>He's gone anyway, or at least he told me he'd unsubscribed. He contacted me off-list--reasonably politely, in fact--after I delurked to tell him off, and I tried to explain why he wasn't getting helped anywhere and how he might improve his attitude, but I don't think it sunk in. Too much invested in his sense of aggrieved frustration to contemplate thinking for five seconds before making with the abuse, I reckon. Or it might be because I suggested he apologise...<br>
