<div>If you install via wubi Windows keeps the bootloader, Windows is pretty aware of what is Windows and what is a recovery partition. If you were to dual-boot using the GRUB bootloader however it could cause issues, which is where problems start arising because of a Windows recov parition. However installing via wubi will be fine :) </div>
