I am a Mandriva refugee! I know rpm inside out, but not apt.  When I issue the above, sometimes I see e.g.:<div><br></div><div><div>26 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and <b>132 not upgraded</b>. (KDE updates coming down).</div>
