You can also try <a href="http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk">www.pcspecialist.co.uk</a>. I haven't used them myself but you can select No Operating System when you configure your choice (same goes for MS Office and Anti Virus). They do netbooks, laptops, PCs etc.<br>

I have been trying to find a Linux pre-installed netbook to purchase<br>
in the UK since the beginning of the year, and Dell were my first<br>
stopping point since purchasing an Inpsiron laptop with Ubuntu<br>
pre-installed a couple of years ago...<br>
