</div></div>Yes, there is. Normally, you move a window around by grabbing the<br>
title bar with the mouse, but this does not allow you to move the<br>
window above the top of the screen. However, if you hold down the Alt<br>
key, you can grab the window anywhere and move the top of it above<br>
the top of the window.<br>

This has actually been a standard since Windows 3.1 (or maybe<br>
earlier) but has gone out of use with large high def screens. It is a<br>
lifesaver with my 7" eeepc screen, though.<br>
