<p>Do you have ubuntu-restricted-extras installed, If not sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras. And have a look at <a href="http://help.ubuntu.com/community/RestrictedFormats">http://help.ubuntu.com/community/RestrictedFormats</a> for more info</p>
