indeed i was able to. it logs in...I see some code running up the screen. when this happens the little hard drive and cd icons blink ...showing activity....And then nothing i get a blank screen. I would like to point out that i have the iso file of live cd of reactos on my desktop and running it from there!!! Can someone give me some pointers? Click the Unlock button and enter your password (if you're running Hardy, otherwise you should be asked for your password before Users and Groups opens). Click Manage Groups.  Select the vboxusers group from the list and select properites. Another box should appear with a list of users.  Click the tick box by your user name and then click OK. Click Close and the Close again. Now log off and log back in or restart your PC.  You should then be able to run Virtual Box.
