<br>I had this once, I had to add '0x' to the start of the key to make it up to 8 the<br>required 8 characters.<br><br>Hi there thanks for your reply, the pass phrase is 10 characters- I'll try to vary it...But is this a Ubuntu problem...is there something that might not work between NeGear and Linux?<br>
