<div>I've never had any luck with this command. What I did this last time was manually change the distribution in /etc/apt/sources.list and then run 'sudo apt-get update' and then 'sudo apt-get dist-upgrade' (I replaced all the references to 'feisty' to read 'gutsy' in my sources list. Note, however that the only non-standard repository I had in there was the official google one, which isn't version specific)
