<br><br>I don't know about "as good as" (having never used iPhoto), but f-spot<br>is similar I think, and there's also digikam. F-spot should already be<br>in your applications menu and digikam is presumably in add/remove programs.

We find, as thickies, that iphoto is both powerful and simple to operate and it is the only bit of mac that we are in two minds of abandoning. The mac mini won't turn up for some weeks.
