That sounds great to me, mugshots here we come :).  Since the ubuntu wiki is in English, I think it'd bake sense to keep our UKTeam pages on the wiki rather than a separate site - what do you think?  Although I'm not sure if we can get javascript into the wiki to get Googlemaps working, so it may need to be elsewhere.  I'll have a look...
