Mmm... I'm not doing either. As I say, I've only tried out the Tor 
Browser Bundle and Tails. So I'm not sure how come tor performance 
measurement is checking my router. Any thoughts?

Anyway, thanks very much for the lead: I didn't think to check the 
individual hosts.
