Hey Phill - that's a bit harsh.  If you read my earlier posts, you would 
know that the first one was because I had no idea where to file this 
bug, which may for all I know be caused by one broken file in the 
particular update download.  Normally I'm an avid and conscientious 
filer-of-bugs.  Filing this one got me beat!  Hence the post.  Yeah, I 
should and will join the testing team as it is most of what I'm able to 
do these days.  Sorry to be a bit blunt but I was NEVER complaining to 
this list.
